Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting Total Body Med Spa for all your laser needs. This page provides a basic guideline of what you can expect when you visit one of our locations. Guest satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Total Body Med Spa prides ourselves in giving the best services we can. By detailing a guide curated by us as to what can be expected, we hope to curtail any future misunderstandings.

Scheduling Your Appointment

At Total Body we understand that your time is valuable. We encourage our guests to book 1-2 weeks in advance, to ensure you get your desired time slot. All online appointments must be secured with a verifiable credit card, major cards are accepted. Your card will not be charged until the service has been performed. You may also call and schedule with a representative directly. If your call is not answered, Tristan, our virtual personal assistant with return your call with a text. You may schedule most appointments with Tristan.

Arriving For Your Appointment

Please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance of your scheduled time. This allows for enough time to fill out paperwork, if needed. Our schedules are designed with enough time to get you in and out of the building in a timely manner. Arriving late does not guarantee your time will be held. Your experience at Total Body is important to us. Arriving on time will help to maintain your quality of service.

Late Policy

If you know that you will be late, please call us as soon as possible. In the event that you are more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to be seen. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment at that time.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that unexpected things come up in life which may make you unavailable for your scheduled reservation. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel your appointment. Currently, we are not charging for no shows or cancellations, but policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Consultations

Every guest is required to have a consultation with a laser technician before they start treatment. Consultations may be scheduled online or by phone and are free of charge. Please bring all your questions to the consultation. Staff members will go over pricing during your scheduled consultation. No staff members are authorized to give pricing of treatments over the phone. This will all be done during the consultation. The point of this consultation is to make sure that you are a good candidate for treatment. If for some reason we believe that treatment should not be done, we will let you know at this time. Also, for the protection of our staff and the guests, we ask that only one person be in the consultation room at a time. We appreciate your cooperation on this matter and look forward to answering all your questions.

Prices Subject to Change

Total Body Med Spa is constantly expanding our products and service lists to provide you with the best treatments possible. Although we try to keep our service menu and websites updated, please note that prices may change at any given time. We appreciate your business but reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. We appreciate your patronage and thank you for choosing Total Body Med Spa for all your lasering needs.

Total Body Points Program

To our future and current guests, we offer a rewards program, in which you gather points to be used at our Locations. Points are subject to change at any time. We are not responsible for system errors that may occur during the program. Total Body Treats are complementary to our guests and brought to you as a courtesy from our company. Points are redeemable at the discretion of our staff.
